Redemption notes
Physical stub: staff will mark the stub and record the last four digits of the redeemer’s ID so each ticket and each Hong Kong resident/visitor can redeem once only.
Valid e-ticket: an on-site system logs the ticket number and last four ID digits for fair exchange.
