2026 GMBPF Focuses on Silver-Economy Opportunities as Strong Participation Underscores Platform Value

Co-organised by IPIM and the Guangdong Department of Commerce, the 2026 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair will run 6–9 August at Cotai Expo Hall A, The Venetian Macao—marking its 18th edition. As a UFI-certified trade fair under the theme “New Opportunities in the Silver Economy, a New Chapter in Healthy Living,” it brings together quality goods from Guangdong, Macao and Belt and Road markets through retail display and precise business matching.
17 years of Guangdong–Macao trade partnership
Since 2009, the fair has grown from a product showcase into a comprehensive trade platform spanning industry matchmaking and commercial cooperation, with themes such as prepared foods, smart home, trendy consumption and big health.
The 2025 edition drew over 400 exhibitors and more than 100,000 visitors in four days, with over 400 matchmaking sessions and 23 cooperation agreements signed.
Strong participation underscores platform value
Long-standing Guangdong brands and Macao SMEs continue to use the fair to expand domestic and overseas networks, while Belt and Road exhibitors test Greater Bay Area demand—such as a Singapore bakery brand that sold out on day one.
Six upgraded zones for the silver-economy value chain
The 2026 fair upgrades six core zones—Guangdong branded products, Macao specialty products, Belt and Road products, Smart Silver Wellness Experience Hall, Healthy Living Zone and New Gourmet Tryout Area—alongside forums, matchmaking and experiential programmes.
